Yakima Quality Hops has come out with an amazing and delicious hop that we use to create our Bee Hoppy Mead. This Hop is called Elani (formerly known as YHQ-1320). This hop brings a clean tropical / citrus flavor to our mead without the bitterness that you would find in most IPAs.
